How I deliver therapy sessions

I offer both long-term and short-term sessions face-to-face from my peaceful therapy room or online. After a few face-to-face sessions, we can talk about Walk and Talk Therapy. I offer concessionary rates to student counsellors.
Face-to-Face Therapy

I work face-to-face from my peaceful therapy room in the Chalke Valley between Salisbury and Shaftesbury.
There is plenty of parking space directly outside my therapy room and there are no stairs to navigate so is completely wheelchair accessible. My therapy room also has an ensuite bathroom.
Walk and Talk Therapy
​
Walk and Talk Therapy has many benefits and can be a useful way to connect to the bigger picture and gain a different sense of perspective.
​
During a Walk and Talk Therapy session, we walk side by side, exploring your issues. Physical activity can help you to relax and feel more comfortable, making it easier to open up and share your thoughts and feelings.
Online Therapy
​
If you are not local to my practice, or online therapy best suits your needs, I am able to offer sessions via Google Meet, Zoom, Skype and WhatsApp. Your comfort and relaxation is my top priority.

Introductory calls are either by phone or Zoom. In this first call we will discuss the best way forward for our future sessions should you wish to choose me as your therapist.
15-Minute Introductory Call

I know it can be difficult to choose a therapist. You need to feel that I am a good fit for you so I offer prospective clients a free 15-minute call. We will chat in confidence about your expectations and desired outcomes and I can answer any questions you may have about the counselling process.
